How does UCB Australia protect my information if I make an online donation with my credit card?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure sockets layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Our secure server services certificate is issued by, Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1. When you access the secure section of our site, you will see the identity of Equifax in the page's security settings. This is completely normal.
